The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) is an international organization aiming to achieve social prosperity and growth of the digital economy by unifying efforts to advance digital transformation and promote common interests.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Secretary General Office and act as the focal point for information
  • Monitor incoming requests to the Secretary General Office and ensure a timely and efficient response to these requests
  • Manage all official correspondences from the Secretary General Office with internal committees, public offices, ministries, international organizations, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain a calendar of appointments, meetings, travels, and events for the Secretary General
  • Schedule meetings, develop talking points, record minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items
  • Represent the Secretary General in interactions with delegates from government entities and international organizations
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the Secretary General as needed
  • Arrange program of visits for external stakeholders including member state representatives

Key capability requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years managing an executive office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills in handling daily operations
  • Ability to properly handle confidential information, and use independent judgement
  • Effective and efficient organization skills to manage commitments and meetings
  • Excellent interpersonal, public relations and oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
