The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) is an international organization aiming to achieve social prosperity and growth of the digital economy by unifying efforts to advance digital transformation and promote common interests.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance of the organization with local and international laws and regulations
  • Monitor compliance of members with the terms of reference and other internal by-laws
  • Ensure the organization's legal matters are properly and efficiently managed
  • Provide advice to stakeholders of the organization on legal topics including policies and procedures
  • Draft and review relevant legal documents including contracts and MOUs
  • Propose appropriate recommendations on policies, and protect the organization's interests and rights
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks
  • Liaise with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities

Key capability requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Law or related field from an accredited institution
  • Licensed lawyer with 3+ years of relevant legal experience in Saudi Arabia (experience in international law and policy and/or in technology industry preferable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality
