The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) is an international organization aiming to achieve social prosperity and growth of the digital economy by unifying efforts to advance digital transformation and promote common interests.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and refine key multilateral digital collaboration areas that the DCO should focus on
  • Manage the processes of strategy development, initiatives identification and prioritization
  • Ensure alignment of projects and initiatives with DCO objectives
  • Develop annual operating plan based on strategic roadmap in line with presidency country
  • Ensure that project and initiative KPIs are aligned with DCO objectives
  • Manage processes of reporting and KPI evaluation of strategic roadmap
  • Evaluate impact and relevance of initiative and project outcomes
  • Coordinate the strategic foresight and performance evaluation to support the Secretary General in decision-making
  • Develop strategic foresight reports related to digital area

Key capability requirements

  • 10+ years of experience of Strategic Planning, Public Policy in Digital related field in global organizations
  • Prior work experience in international organization focusing on digital development is preferred
  • Experience in multilateral policy and initiative development
  • Ability to understand policy and regulation, preferably in digital field
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field from a top-tier university
  • Prior international experience and cross-cultural awareness are essential
  • Able to motivate and assist team members to understand and visualize project objectives
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
