The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) is an international organization aiming to achieve social prosperity and growth of the digital economy by unifying efforts to advance digital transformation and promote common interests.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate negotiations of terms and agreements upon admitting new member states and partners (including governmental and international institutions, organizations, and private sector entities)
  • Review the membership and partnership expansion strategy and development progress
  • Support Secretary General in decision-making and provide periodic updates
  • Consolidate the satisfaction of members and provide guidance for improvement

Key capability requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience with significant accomplishments in Membership Expansion and/or Business Development
  • Prior experience in government ministries of information and technology related domain or global organizations in digital development areas such as ITU is preferred
  • Master’s degree from an accredited Institution, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or Public Relations
  • Ability to implement high-impact membership programs, with a member-first mindset, building solutions that demonstrate enhanced value
  • Excellent personal, political, analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in managing teams on multiple projects and providing direction to team members
