The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) is an international organization aiming to achieve social prosperity and growth of the digital economy by unifying efforts to advance digital transformation and promote common interests.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify key events in coordination with the presidency country and members
  • Develop objectives and KPIs for events to ensure outcomes align with DCO objectives
  • Develop event agenda and theme in coordination with Digital Development Leads
  • Identify and source speakers, panelists, and other participants in DCO events
  • Design media outreach to enlarge digital footprint and gain traction
  • Ensure the availability of the necessary infrastructure and facilities for DCO events

Key capability requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in managing large events and processes across a complex organization
  • Prior experience in leading events in digital fields and formats is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited Institution, preferably in Public Relations, Communications or Hospitality
  • Excellent community network of contacts and/or proven ability to develop such a network
  • Able to motivate and assist teams in executing large events
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
